At Dee & Dee Property Management, our goal is to help homeowners maximize their rental income while providing exceptional service and support. We offer a straightforward and competitive fee structure designed to keep more profits in your pocket.

  • Management Fee: We charge a flat 15% of your monthly booking revenue. This fee covers full-service property management, including guest communication, scheduling, and ongoing oversight. Fees are collected on the 1st of each month.

  • Cleaning Fees: Cleaning fees are paid by guests and passed directly to you. These are also collected monthly on the 1st.

  • One-Time Setup Fee: A one-time setup fee of $1,500 includes:

    • Utility setup and coordination

    • Organizational and labeling services for household essentials

    • County tax registration and compliance

    • Creation of a professionally optimized Airbnb listing

    • Integration of banking details for direct deposit

    • Professional photography to showcase your property
