We know that an Airbnb rental with a high occupancy rate is usually more profitable than renting the same home to a long-term tenant. With this type of rental property, rent is charged on a nightly basis. Depending on the season and demand, we can increase your nightly rate to earn a higher Airbnb income. Can you guarantee me a successful return?

While there are no guarantees in life, we do have an integrated system in which we set rates for each home to ensure we get your home as many bookings as possible. We look at the market supply and demand for each season as well as taking into account Holidays and local events. Our average occupancy rate is 85%.  Please note: We highly suggest that all homeowners follow our advice in the set-up of your home prior to listing it on any Vacation Rental platform so that we have the best chance in achieving 5-star reviews and happy guests. The better your reviews, the more guests will book your home, resulting in a higher return for you!


How do your fees work?

At Dee and Dee Property Management we want our homeowners to keep as much of the profits from their homes as possible. We charge a reasonable rate of 15% of your monthly booking total. Fees are due on the 1st of each month. 

Cleaning fees which are paid by guests to you for each booking will also be collected on the 1st of each month. 

We charge a 'one-time' set up fee of $1500 which includes setting up all home utilities, organizing and labeling, setting up County taxes, creating a desirable listing on Airbnb, complete with banking details for deposits, and hiring a professional photographer for listing photos.

What do your fees incude?

We work hard for our homeowners each and every day to ensure our homes are ready for each guest.

We are on call 24 hours a day to handle any issues that may arise. We have on-call contractors, plumbers, A/C techs and handymen we can schedule when needed. 

All landscaping, pool and pest service companies will be scheduled for you. 

Our team is in your home in between each guest's departure and arrival to replenish all goods and necessities.

All trash and recycling is taken out on scheduled waste management days. 

Our dedicated cleaning service ensures all linens are sanitized and replaced and your home is sparkling clean with a hotel style presentation your guests will love!

All of our clients are hand selected and interviewed by our family run business. We want to ensure quality of quantity which is why we are hands-on as owners and managers.
